Hereby roadmap
Where we are, what’s next, what’s later.
Most of this site describes where Hereby is going. This page says what exists today. If another page disagrees with it, go by this one.
Now (October 2026)
- The design, the brand and this website.
- Prototype tags and a stand are being prepared.
- Conversations with owners to find out what matters most to them.
- We plan to start building on November 2, 2026.
Next: the founding-partner pilot (winter 2026–27)
- Target go-live: end of January 2027 (Pilot · from go-live). Tapping, private messages and replies, the Google link, the window decal, and self-serve delete for customers.
- Within 30 days of go-live: the dashboard, weekly numbers and busy times, the Monday email, the website badge, the shareable visit summary and the export. A monthly results page, made by hand.
- Spring 2027: we find out whether owners want to keep it. Renewal is decided on spring data, not winter data, and we won't claim results before then.
Later (2027 and beyond; targets, not promises)
| Phase | When | What we're aiming at |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1: Pilot | Jan–Jun 2027 | Paid pilots with local businesses, a stronger trust level (Level 2), a first integration |
| Phase 2: Launch | Jul 2027–Mar 2028 | Platform verification, consent access for apps and an audit trail (Planned), wider rollout, more verticals |
| Phase 3: Scale | After | More businesses in more places |
Only if the pilot data asks
We'll only add these if the pilot shows owners want them: goodwill offers with a reply, quiet-hour offers and a referral perk. After the pilot, the same goes for wallet passes, comparisons with similar venues and a winter perk for locals.
Ideas, not plans
Idea A tourism challenge or town trail across venues, continuing-education proof, developer-built apps on top of visits, and pay-per-visitor campaigns. These stay ideas until the privacy design and the market say yes.
What we decided not to do
We won't collect emails through Wi-Fi, send follow-up emails or birthday offers, put star badges on Google reviews, or claim we can remove a review.
