The offer
This winter we're starting with a small group of breweries, cideries and independent sit-down restaurants. As a founding partner you help us find out whether a record of real visits is worth having, and you get this offer:
- $49 CAD kit (plus applicable taxes), paid when you sign: a counter stand with NFC chip and QR backup, a window decal and a website badge. The badge arrives within 30 days of go-live.
- Service included until May 31, 2027, or 90 days from go-live, whichever is later.
- Then $39 CAD per location per month (plus applicable taxes), locked for 12 months from the first paid month. If you'd rather stop, return the stand. The $49 kit fee isn't refunded.
- No lock-in. A one-page agreement you can cancel any time, and an export of your counts and messages.
Who it's for
Craft breweries and cideries first, with independent sit-down restaurants alongside them: places where people sit for a while and pay at a counter. If you run a café, a winery or a shop, write to us anyway. Those come later.
What's included, and when
From go-live (target: end of January 2027)
- A tap stand at your counter with an NFC chip and a QR backup
- A visit page for your customers with a short privacy notice
- Private messages from customers, with your replies
- The one-tap Google link for every customer who taps
- A window decal
- Self-serve delete for customers
Within 30 days of go-live
- Dashboard, weekly visits and busy times, Monday email
- A website badge that shows visit counts
- A summary of visits you can share
- An export of your counts and messages
- A monthly results page, prepared by hand
What we ask of you
- Sign a one-page agreement.
- Book a 15-minute onboarding.
- Put the stand where people pay.
- Share one weekly number (transactions or covers).
Staff mustn't push or reward customers, or tap the stand themselves, because that makes the record less honest.
What we don't promise
We can't promise more reviews or a better rating, and we can't remove a review. We'll tell you the numbers whether they're good or not, and renewal is decided on spring data, not winter data.
Why we think the price is fair
On the vendor price pages we looked at in 2026, review-request and review-management tools run from roughly $50 to $600 a month.
